Policies (non sale items)

Bob Ellis Shoes accepts returned merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in the original packing. Customers are asked to specify the reason for the return and include their name and address to assure proper credit. Credit will be issued upon inspection of the product. Refunds issued will be for the price of the merchandise plus tax if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

That there will be no adjustments after 5 days of purchase on sale merchandise. Because of our limited inventory we ask that you understand that the sale price can change through out the season. We ask you to understand if you purchase an item on sale it is no longer available for someone else to purchase in their size because of our limited inventory Bob Ellis Shoe Sale is not a tool of promotion. We believe it is more of a thank you opportunity for all our regular price customers to purchase something that they may have loved but not purchased earlier in the season and find still available. It is our way to say thank you and let those loyal customers know how much we appreciate them.
